Protecting your privacy is our top priority. This notice on the processing of personal data explains what personal data we will process, how, why we process them and to whom personal data are provided or made available..

1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSOR

POLYSTON s.r.o., IČO: 36 035 408, based in  Družstevná č. 111, 976 32 Badín, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Banská Bystrica, Section Sro, in insert no. 5854 / S (the "Company") processes your personal data as an operator to the extent and under the conditions set out in this notice. When processing your personal data as an information system operator, we act exclusively in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95. / 46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter also referred to as the “Regulation”) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data (hereinafter also referred to as the "Act").

2. PRIVACY OF USERS OF OUR WEBSITES

It is also our responsibility to protect the privacy of the users of our website. When you visit our website, our web servers always store, for security reasons, the connection details of the computer connecting to our site, the list of websites you visit within our site, the date and duration of your visit, the identification of the type of browser and operating system used, and the website through which you connect to our site. We use tracking software to determine how many users visit our website and how often. We do not use this software to collect personal information or individual IP addresses. This data is used exclusively in anonymous and aggregated form for statistical purposes and for the development of the website. Additional personal information such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address will not be collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. when you directly fill in the contact form as part of a registration, survey, competition, contract fulfillment or information request.

3. PURPOSE AND TIME OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to establish a business relationship with you, we need to process certain personal data about you, which are necessary for concluding the contract, delivery of goods / services, payment, fulfillment of other contractual obligations, especially related to the exercise of warranty rights, complaints, atc. (Legal basis: n. 6, ods. 1 letter. b) Regulation). We will therefore collect and further process your personal data on the basis of generally binding legal regulations or on the basis of your consent. The legal basis for processing for purposes where your consent is not required is, in particular, the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract (or delivering the order), fulfilling obligations under generally binding legal regulations or protecting our rights and legally protected interests.

The processing time of your personal data lasts only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing in accordance with the legal deadlines and the deadlines set by the registry and archives.

4. SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSED

In particular, we will process the personal data listed below in accordance with this notice.:

• name, surname, permanent residence, temporary residence, including the person representing the legal entity, as well as the address of the place of business, if it is a natural person who is an entrepreneur,
• contact telephone number, fax number and e-mail address,
• other data necessary to fulfill the purpose.

Based on a written request, we will inform you in more detail about what other personal data we have kept about you.

5. PERSONAL DATA ABOVE THE DATA RANGE

The company processes your personal data beyond the stated range of data. Such processing shall be based on the consent of the person concerned or on the legitimate interest of the Company.

• Based on the consent of the person concerned, the Company processes personal data in the Order Archive for the purpose of promoting the Company's products and services.The scope of the data processed in this way represents the personal data referred to in point 4 of this notice and the photographic documentation prepared during assembly. The prepared photo documentation is made available to third parties, especially to potential customers (eg on the Company's website).
• The period of processing personal data on the basis of consent lasts for the entire period of carrying out business activities by the Company.
• The granted consent can be revoked at any time by sending a written revocation of consent to the Company's address. Withdrawal of consent is effective on the day of its delivery.

6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The Company does not share, sell, transfer or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties and will not do so in the future, unless required by law, unless required by the purpose of the contract or unless you have given your express consent to do so. For example, Company may need to pass on your address and order details to third parties who provide transportation. The company has a legal obligation to provide your personal data, especially during inspections, supervisory activities or at the request of authorized state bodies or institutions, if it follows from special regulations.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDER

In accordance with the Regulation and unless generally binding legislation provides otherwise, you have the right:

• access to your personal data and the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you and, if so, what personal data we process, for what purpose, for how long and other details concerning in particular operators, intermediaries and other entities to whom this information may be provided
• revoke your consent at any time if your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent;
• request that your personal information be corrected or updated so that it is always accurate and up-to-date;
• to delete your personal data if the period for their lawful processing has expired;
• to limit the processing of your personal data, for example if you have questioned the accuracy of your personal data, during a period that allows us to verify their accuracy;
  obtain your personal data in electronic form that you have provided to us, for you or for another operator;
• file a complaint with us and / or to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
